After your inquiry is received, we will set up some time for a 15-30 minute consultation call. During this call we'll learn more about you, your trip, and answer any questions you may have.

Followed by paying the initial planning fee and having a consultation, we will provide a custom trip proposal with three different options based on our conversation from our consultation.

After your trip is booked, you now have the option to add a customized itinerary for you and/or your group. Necessary travel documents will be sent as soon as they become available, usually 1-2 weeks before your departure date.

Now comes the best part - get ready and packed for your trip and prepare for an amazing time. Most importantly, don't forget your itinerary.
