Planning fees start at $55 for a single destination trip. Multi-destination trips are $100, group travel starts at $75 plus $5 per person, and wedding travel is a flat $300. I recommend reaching out at least 3 to 6 months before your intended travel dates for the best availability and pricing. That said, I have planned trips on shorter timelines, so do not hesitate to reach out even if your trip is coming up soon.

After your consultation and planning fee are received, you can expect your custom proposal within 5 to 7 business days. Complex multi-destination itineraries may take a little longer, but I will always keep you updated on the timeline.
