Consultation
Once we've received your inquiry, we'll set up some time for a 15-30 minute call. During this call we'll learn more about you, your trip, and answer any questions you may have. Fees will also be discussed during this time.
Proposal Creation
Followed by signing our client agreement and paying the initial planning fee, we will deliver a custom trip proposal based on our conversation and information you have provided.
Confirmation + Next Steps
Your trip is booked and you have to option to add a customized itinerary for you and/or your group. Necessary travel documents will be sent as soon as payments for your trip is completed.
